Gyro Uno began in 2016 as a food truck built around fresh food, bold flavors, and the kind of meals people remember long after an event is over.

Over the years, we have had the honor of serving tens of thousands of guests throughout Westchester, Greenwich, and the surrounding communities at private events, corporate lunches, schools, festivals, polo events, and local gatherings.

Our food is inspired by Greek and Mediterranean flavors, but we have never been about doing things the expected way. Gyro Uno has always been about taking familiar flavors and making them bolder, brighter, and more memorable — with our own twist.

Founder’s Reserve

Our Founder’s Reserve line brings some of our most-loved flavors beyond the truck and catering table. These sauces and seasonings were created from the same bold flavor style that helped define Gyro Uno, giving customers a way to bring those flavors home, gift them, or add them to their own meals.

Gyro Uno is continuing to evolve.

As food truck operations wrap up, we are moving forward with new ways to serve our community — through drop-off catering, ready-to-serve meals, food you can store and enjoy later, corporate lunches, family-style trays, private event food, and Founder’s Reserve products.
