At Gyro Uno Food Truck, we believe that food should be more than just fuel for the body - it should be an experience. That's why we put so much care and attention into every dish we serve. From the way we source our ingredients to the way we plate our dishes, we strive to create a culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression.
Our Story
Gyro Uno began in 2016 as a food truck and grew through years of real events, loyal customers, busy service days, and familiar faces who became part of our story.
Now, as food truck operations wrap up at the end of July, Gyro Uno is continuing in a new way — through drop-off catering, family-style trays, individual meals, corporate lunches, private gatherings, weeknight meal solutions, and Founder’s Reserve sauces and seasonings.
It is the same Gyro Uno people have come to know, just with new ways to bring our food to your table.

At Gyro Uno, food has always been about more than simply feeding people. It is about creating something memorable — food that feels fresh, flavorful, comforting, and exciting all at once.
Since 2016, we have served tens of thousands of guests through private events, corporate lunches, schools, festivals, polo events, and local gatherings. As we move into this next chapter, our focus remains the same: preparing bold, satisfying food with care, consistency, and heart.
